Founded in 2023, Resident Success is a nonprofit 501c3 organization thident success programming and advocates for new affordable housing development in the Twin Cities. Led by a group of experienced and passionate housing advocates, Resident Success believes that construction is only the first step towards providing stable, affordable apartments.
HOW DO WE DEFINE SUCCESS??
SUCCESS happens when affordable housing residents SUSTAIN their apartments by avoiding eviction or unintentional homelessness caused by damage to their unit OR lack of access to economic support resources in the areas of childcare, medical care, food scarcity or lack of transportation.
We aim to address these causes of turnover by providing access to homemaking education, and a myriad of social services directly on-site.
