On-site support service managers:
To really make a real difference in the lives of affordable housing residents, Resident Success Inc staff will work on-site in collaboration with the existing management company to connect residents with the services and funding they need. This is not an off-site case management approach, but rather a consistent site based approach.
Introducing a new concept in affordable housing management: RESIDENT FESTIVALS!
Resident Success brings together residents and non-profits and our sponsor partners for an evening of food, fun, gifts, education and opportunities. These culture-building events take place in building community rooms creating important connections between residents and key services in their area. Most importantly, residents leave the festival with new understandings of how to maintain their apartment and the knowledge that they are not alone in their affordable housing journey.
