About Us

MISSION

To increase affordable housing supply and provide residents with the resources they need to avoid unintentional homelessness.

Unintentional homelessness can happen for several reasons: A fire, or flood caused by a resident accident or lack of understanding on how to use appliances or plumbing fixtures. Paying for food, transportation or medical bills taking precedence over paying rent, leading to eviction.

This is where RSI can help. We connect residents with apartment maintenance education and social resources they need to be SUCCESSFUL!

HOW? 3 Ways....

2. Resident Success Inc is working to provide on-site service coordinators. With our unique approach, on-site service coordinators provide residents with easy, consistent access to the support services they need.

With our proposed model, service coordinators will have on-site office hours each week and are devoted to only a few buildings as opposed to a typical social service agency provider that may cover hundreds of clients scattered throughout the Metro.

Placing social workers at sites, must be done by organizations like RSI because affordable housing owners simply DO NOT have the payroll capacity to add this position to their management teams. In addition, owners are NOT interested in being in the social services business.

3. Partner with developers to bring more affordable units to the market.

1. Resident Success Inc hosts Resident Festivals at affordable housing sites. These events connect residents with partner organizations that offer a range of support services including: wellness services, mass transit, homemaking education, childcare, career development, banking, and highspeed internet.

Residents appreciate these fun community building events and making connections that help them achieve success. Check out our team page to list our list of Festival Partners
